FEES AND INSURANCE INFORMATION

My current fee is $120 for a 50-minute session; first visit may take 60 minutes including initial paperwork (appx 10 minutes). I am a Blue Cross/Blue Shield provider, and most of their plans will cover at least 50% of the per-session cost, once the annual deductible is met.  I will do this billing for you at no extra charge, if you would like.  I can also go on-line for you and research your plan before you commit to an initial visit.  It is very important to me that you know ahead of time if therapy with me is affordable for you.  I don’t want you to come in and tell your story, only to find you have to go somewhere else and start again!

I am also a provider for some managed care companies and accept the fees  that are mandated by those programs.  Plans that I am currently a provider for include:  

• MAGELLAN BEHAVIORAL
• AMERICAN BEHAVIORAL
• AETNA
• FEDERAL EMPLOYEES PROGRAM (FEP)

Payment is accepted in cash, check, VISA, or MASTERCARD.
